Single storey extension

This building project in Bradford-on-Tone consisted of a single storey extension and a conversion of unused outbuildings to create an annex for the main house. The existing concrete flat roof was taken off and replaced with a new tiled pitched roof. Due to the pitched roof and the existing boundary wall, a box gutter had to be formed. The new single-storey annex provided the client with a bedroom, bathroom, lounge, dining room and utility room. Works to the existing house were also completed.
