New build construction

This new build in Cheddon Fitzpain, Taunton, is a four bedroom chalet bungalow with a floor area of 125 square meters that is built on the site of a small existing timber framed bungalow. The building consists of a open plan kitchen diner, large lounge, two downstairs bedrooms, utility, downstairs bathroom, entrance porch, single garage, bespoke staircase, two upstairs bedrooms, one en suite bathroom, main bathroom. Juliet balconies were used in the upstairs bedrooms to make the best of the south facing rear of the building. Extensive patio works are planned in the coming months.
