This large project in West Monkton consisted of a double storey extension, loft conversion, large porch, extensive landscaping as well as a major refurbishment with bespoke joinery throughout. The extension provided the customer with large living spaces downstairs and two large bedrooms upstairs with en suites and dressing rooms. This was helped by using large steel beams and carrying out extensive demolition works.
All four rooms have aluminium bi-folding doors with integrated blinds. Both bedrooms have vaulted ceilings and Juliette balconies to help appreciate its south facing views. The loft conversion was decided part way through the project which meant a new staircase was required. This provided a large extra bedroom with ensuite. Velux windows were used to help with the lack of natural light. The landscaping works consisted of an oak frame BBQ area, garden walls, large decking area, putting green, glass well cap, lighting and over 150m2 of slate paving. This really gave the property the finishing touch it deserved.
