Double storey extension

This 144 square meter double storey extension in West Monkton provided the client with a bespoke kitchen, larder, lounge, utility, large bedroom, bathroom, dressing room as well as a double garage. The roof was constructed using a steel frame that provided the upstairs with vaulted ceilings and incorporated a south facing covered balcony; accessible from the master bedroom. Aluminium windows and doors were used throughout. The ground, on which the extension was positioned, was on a steep gradient meaning a block and beam system was used for the floor.
